Certificate Attestation / Apostille – China
China or People’s Republic of China is the most populous country in the world with a thriving economy and huge military power. In fact, it is one of the fastest growing global economies and the largest exporter of goods. Beijing is the capital and the political center of China. Every year, many Chinese people move abroad for business expansion, job, or education. They need to get their documents properly legalized by the competent authorities. This process can be multistep for the applicants. At BVS Global, we simplify it with our expertise and experience in the industry.
The Process of Attestation in China:
The state authentication is a sealed certificate confirming the authority of a public official having a seal or signature on a document. This certificate verifies the credentials of the concerned person. If you want to get your documents attested in China, here is the process to be followed:
- Notary for the non-government documents and state certification for the government documents.
- State authentication of the documents.
- Attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Consulate authentication.
You can avail attestation services for any type of document including educational, personal, and commercial certificates issued in the country.
Why You Need It
When a document is attested, it eliminates all worries regarding the genuineness of the documentation and eases the process of your international endeavor. Such authentication is a legal necessity for all cross-border undertakings involving personal or career-related advancements:
- Embassies or consulates for visa or passport issuance
- Immigration office in case of visa application, emigration request or work status change etc.
- World education services (WES) and International qualifications assessment (IQAS) verification
- Equivalency requirements for Ministry of Education (MOE) or Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR)
