Certificate Attestation / Apostille – Ireland

Ireland is a beautiful island country in Europe. It is politically divided between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. It has a rich influence on the Western culture and tourism is a large sector of economy in this country. Dublin is the capital and the largest city of Ireland. When planning to move out of this country for any specific reason, you should get your documents attested or apostilled properly. Here, you need an experienced guide to make your transition smooth. At BVS Global, we aspire to be your trusted guide and partner to simplify your process of attestation/apostille using our efficient network.

The Procedure of Apostille/ Attestation in Ireland:

Being the member of Hague Convention, Ireland follows the standard procedure that is applicable to all other signatories. On completion of this procedure, a certificate of Apostille is attached to the document as a proof of validation of the seal and/or signature of the public officials. You should undertake this method for attestation/apostille for all types of immigration documents. The standard procedure includes:

  • Make legal translation if asked by the Embassy officials.
  • Get documents notarized or avail state certifications as required in Ireland.
  • Take attestation or Apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ireland.
  • Finally, take attestation from the Consulate or Embassy in Ireland.

Why You Need It

When a document is attested, it eliminates all worries regarding the genuineness of the documentation and eases the process of your international endeavor. Such authentication is a legal necessity for all cross-border undertakings involving personal or career-related advancements:

  • Embassies or consulates for visa or passport issuance
  • Immigration office in case of visa application, emigration request or work status change etc.
  • World education services (WES) and International qualifications assessment (IQAS) verification
  • Equivalency requirements for Ministry of Education (MOE) or Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR)
