This refund policy solely applies to fees collected by BVS Global for services rendered. This policy does not apply to government fees received in exchange for services delivered. All refunds shall be controlled by the laws of the local country in which the services were provided. The refund policy of the respective shall apply to the government fee and legalization charge.
It is critical to carefully read this Refund Policy. Before purchasing any goods or services from BVS Global you should familiarize yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise defined, terminology used in this Refund Policy has the same meaning as in these Terms and Conditions.
“Service Fees”: refers to the fees payable by the customer in accordance with the Services Terms and conditions for the Services acquired.
“Issuing Bank”: means the bank that granted you a card as a card holder.
“Refund Eligibility Criteria”: fulfills the requirements outlined in the section below.
“Optional Services”: All value-added services/additional services/Premium Services advertised and offered by us on our website are included in this definition. Once a service is rendered the fee cannot be refunded unless specified in the contract or Online
“Services Terms and Conditions”: implies the terms and conditions for using the payment portal and receiving services of BVS Global.
“Transaction Charges or convenience fee”: Any fees charged by a bank or financial institution in connection with the processing of a lawful refund request to customer, which may vary from case to case. Under no circumstances will this be refunded.
“US”: BVS Global Services or any other party acting on our implied orders (with “Our” being construed accordingly).
“You” encompasses the person who requests and/or purchases the Services, as well as any party acting on their behalf (and ““Your” shall be construed accordingly).
“Website”: refer to the website of bvsglobal.com
“Website Terms and Conditions”: is the set of terms and conditions that apply to the usage of the Website.
General Refund Conditions
This Refund Policy is subject to modification at any time by BVS Global, and in the event of any changes, we will notify via our website. Post which, the adjustments will take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the change takes effect, your usage of the Services will be considered acceptance of the change.
If you have paid for a Service with the government charges and service fees. You are eligible for a refund if you meet the Refund Eligibility Criteria. All excess payments than the agreed service fee will be refunded in full to the customers excluding the transaction charges or convenience fee.
As a general rule, the Government fee shall not be refunded and will be subject to the refund policy of the respective country and applicable local laws governing such fees in the local country where the service is being provided to you.
The processing times for government applications are estimates only. The processing of your service is dependent on the procedures and timelines of the particular Government bodies, over which we have no control, it is not a criterion for a refund.
Service Fees and Optional Service Fee
Service Fee refunds will only be considered if you meet all of the Refund Eligibility Criteria. If You (Customer) do not meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request at our sole discretion.
To apply for a refund, you must properly and fully complete and submit a refund request. All refund requests should be submitted to BVS Global by you through the registered email ID with BVS Global (communication only via bvsglobal.com domain)
Following receipt of your refund request, we will handle it as quickly as possible. Response times will differ depending on the method of payment and the stated grounds for requesting a refund of Service Fees. In any case, we will notify you of the outcome of your request according to the timeframes outlined in the Refund Processing Timelines.
Payment of a refund of a Service Fee is not assured by submitting a refund request. We will only approve or reject the refund after we have verified that it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
You are fully responsible for any transaction charges or loss due to exchange rate fluctuations incurred as a result of completing a refund of Service Fees. The final amount to be reimbursed will be reduced by transaction charges. You will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of bank charges and differences in exchange rates, and BVS Global will not be required to pay any interest on this sum.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will not be accepted where:
BVS Global authorities will only authorize refund requests for partially used services if such a provision has been specified in a contract that has been duly signed or in an online service (email/ link) for individuals. Otherwise, refunds will not be granted.
- If you don’t show up for your booked appointment on time
- If you cancel, you’re your service request without prior notification
- Granting of license/visa/legalization etc are rights of the country and BVS Global is a mere facilitator in coordinating between the agency and the applicant as per requirements. Hence, no refunds will be granted by BVS GLOBAL under the following circumstances:
- Delay or Rejection in processing due to government regulations
- Loss or Damage of document due to government authorities’ interferences
- All expenses related to travel to BVS GLOBAL for collecting documents or to avail services will not be refunded in any manner
- Property or document lost due to natural disasters
Refund Processing Timeline:
Your refund request will be initiated, and the eligible refund will be processed within 10 – 15 business days in normal circumstances
If we suspect you of engaging in or being involved in, fraudulent or illegal behavior’s on the website, you will not be entitled to a refund of the service fees.
Receiving Your Refund
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payments for these Services were made, or by a cheque or wire transfer. For example, if a payment was made through a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the source credit/debit card. If BVS Global is unable to process a refund using the same method as the original payment, the refund will be processed as a bank transfer or by a Cheque.
